To initiate a return or replacement:

• Step 1: Log in to your Celestial Crafts account using OTP sent to the email ID you provided during your order
• Step 2: Go to the Orders tab in your account
• Step 3: Click the Return button next to the product you wish to return
• Step 4: Our team will respond within a couple of hours and do the needful

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
